Today’s Delight of the Day is your second dose of Vineyard Vines this week – Gingham Shorts, priced at $88. I often overlook gingham as one of the quintessential summer patterns because I’m so excited about wearing seersucker, but it’s definitely one of my favorites. I’m also not into super short shorts, so I love that these have a 3.5 inch inseam. Too cute!
Today’s Delight of the Day is the perfect shirt for the boy for St. Patrick’s Day! The Waters Edge Murray Shirt in Barbuda Green from Vineyard Vines, $98.50, is the perfect dose of springtime prep. Plus, don’t you think it will really bring out the green in his beer?
Today’s Delight of the Day is an adorable pair of pants from the Mad Men Collection at Banana Republic – the Hampton-Fit Gingham Crop Pants, $98. I’ve been counting down the days until the return of Mad Men, and I have an inkling that wearing these will somehow help. I love them paired with a sweater and cute wedges for this early spring weather!
Instead of catching up on work like I should have been doing, I was casually browsing Vineyard Vines’ website when I stumbled upon today’s Delight of the Day – the Shep Shirt in Antigua Green with Gingham, $98. I don’t think I’ve been this in love with anything a pullover for a while now. I love the Antigua Green color, and a prep can never go wrong with gingham. I’ve been sitting on a $50 gift card since Christmas, but not anymore! What do you think?
All this cold weather has me craving springtime. Clearly, I need to find a job down South so I can enjoy the warmer weather year-round. Anyway, today’s Delight of the Day will be perfect for the boys once the warm weather hits. Vineyard Vines’ Bush Bay Gingham Shorts, $79.50, are just what I need to see to get me out of these winter blues. Any Northern boys willing to brave the cold in these to make a girl smile? 🙂
p.s. Don’t forget to enter my giveaway! You can enter through Sunday night.
Today’s Delight of the Day is the Custom Monogrammed Seersucker Headband from Ellis G. Designs, $18. A prep can never have too many monogrammed accessories (or headbands!), and who doesn’t love seersucker? My personal fav is the blue seersucker with the pink monogram, but the others are super cute, too!
