I could not be more excited for today’s post. I’m going to be honest: I’ve been in a workout/eating rut. I started strong this spring and kept it going until a few weeks ago, but I’ve been a disaster lately. I’m talking 1 cardio session a week, some ab workouts here and there, and lots and lots of late night snacks.
I totally blame The Boy for all of this; he’s a horrible influence!
We just booked a vacation for the end of November, and while I’ve been telling myself I have eons to get back on track, the truth of the matter is that I’m just bored with my current regimen and have had no desire to find motivation. So, when someone from Kayla Itsine’s team reached out to me about a blog feature, I (squat) jumped at the opportunity!
