Jingle Vox Box

As you probably already know based on previous reviews, I’m a member of the Influenster community. It’s an awesome program for bloggers in which great companies send out their products in exchange for honest blogger reviews. I enjoy trying new things, but I’m sometimes afraid to unless a friend or a blogger I really trust recommends it, so I love the opportunity to do the same for you!

The latest box I received is the Jingle Vox Box. It came with seven great products that I recently tested and would love to share.

Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream – I actually already use this cream. I love how hydrating it is, and I use it year-round.

Hallmark itty bittys –  So cute! I don’t have kiddos, so I’m going to give this to one of my coworkers, but how sweet are these little cuties?

Pure Ice Nail Polish – I received this in Home Run. It’s remarkably similar to Essie’s Mint Candy Apple for a quarter of the price. Seriously.

KISS True Volume Lashes – I’m a total novice when it comes to false lashes (my makeup routine is very basic), but these were surprisingly easy to use and will be part of my NYE outfit. Wish me luck!

NYC Cityproof 24HR Waterproof Eye Liner – I can’t attest to whether it lasts for 24 hours, but this definitely lasted through an entire evening of drinks with friends, which makes it good in my books. Plus, it’s half the cost of everything else I’ve ever tried.

Ore-Ida Tater Tots – I won Best Girlfriend award when I busted these out for breakfast this weekend. Their website actually has a bunch of neat recipes that incorporate tater tots, which I’m looking forward to trying.

Thanks to Influenster and all of these great companies for sending me these products to review. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Winter Getaway

1535512_10152400347346949_2564902976211978200_nAfter an amazing Christmas (and entirely too many carbs!), I’m feeling slightly spoiled that I also get to go on vacation, but good things come to good people, right? The Boy and I went to the Riviera Maya last year for Thanksgiving (obviously loved it), and we’re headed there again! It couldn’t come at a more perfect time now that our second summer seems to be passing and the forecast is in the 40s. Brr!

While I should have been busy packing, instead, I have been looking through our pictures from last year and making plans for our latest adventure. Oops! So, one day away from the trip, I’m frantically searching for all my bikinis and hoping two-day shipping pans out.10460414_10152400348706949_2365394065801061898_n Browse through below to see my winter getaway must-haves! Delight of the Day 12/14

Marley LillyLet’s be honest. Ladies love monograms. We monogram our pillows, our bags, our planners, our towels – and especially our jewelry. One of my all-time favorite spots for buying monogrammed everything is Marley Lilly. They have pretty much everything you could think of. The best part? They offer items at every price range, so it’s a great place to find gifts this holiday season. Oh, and I have mentioned that they have flash sales almost every day? It’s true!

The lovely ladies there sent me one of their Monogrammed Classic Pearl Necklaces, typically $34.99, for the holidays, and it has been my staple necklace ever since. It comes in gold, silver, or rose gold and incorporates two of my favorite things – pearls and monograms. I love that it’s casual enough for everyday wear, but I could also wear it to my office holiday party.

Holiday Gift Guide – The Philanthropist

Gift Guide

We all have that friend who makes us feel bad about ourselves is a super good person and always gives back to charity. She was Philanthropy Chair in your sorority, and now she’s heading all the community projects in the Junior League. So what do you get the girl who keeps on giving? How about some great gifts whose proceeds go to charity?

Holiday Gift Guide – The Girly Girl

GiftGuide

I’m typically completely finished with Christmas shopping at this point, but I have to admit that I’m procrastinating this year. There are so many cute gifts out there this year that I’m struggling to choose the best ones. (First world pains, I know.) If you’re slacking like I am, you’ll love this week’s posts; I’ll be sharing my favorite gifts for each person on your list. Good luck deciding!
